By using OverRank, , you accept these conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Purpose of service
- OverRank provides auditing and decision support tools to analyze the visibility of a website against search engines, generative engines and AI agents.
- The service can produce scores, diagnostics, exports, recommendations, HTML reports, projections and prioritizations. These results constitute an analysis aid and do not guarantee a SEO result, traffic or turnover.
User account
- Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your access confidential.
- You are responsible for actions carried out from your account, unless fraudulent use is demonstrated and reported quickly.
- We may suspend or limit access in the event of abuse, attempted circumvention, excessive automated use or breach of security of the service.
Sites and data analyzed
- You must have the necessary rights to launch an audit on a site, property, or connected account.
- When you connect Google Search Console, you authorize OverRank to read the data necessary to generate the requested analytics.
- You agree not to use the Service to analyze, extract or monitor data that you are not authorized to access.
Public analysis, competitors and sitemaps
- OverRank can discover public pages via robots.txt, sitemap.xml, sitemap indexes, search results, or user-provided URLs.
- Competitive comparisons are limited to public pages accessible without an account, without a token, without a private space and without a sensitive tunnel.
- Sitemap lists can be read on-demand and temporarily cached to avoid repeat queries. They are not intended to constitute a permanent copy of all URLs of a third party site.
- If a page returns a clear barrier such as HTTP denial, captcha, anti-bot or non-exploitable content, the analysis may be refused, limited or ignored.
Acceptable use
- You may not use OverRank to disrupt the Service, circumvent limitations, initiate abusive scans, undermine third-party systems, or collect data unlawfully.
- You must not attempt to access the accounts, reports or data of other users.
- Content, exports and recommendations must not be used to deceive users, impersonate people or circumvent the rules of third-party platforms.
Availability and evolution
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, technical developments or external constraints.
- Features may evolve, be modified, limited or removed in order to improve the quality, security or compliance of the service.
Intellectual property
- The interface, the name OverRank, the components, texts, visuals, scoring models and software elements of the service are protected by applicable rights.
- You retain your rights to the data and content you provide or connect. You grant us only the rights necessary to process this data and provide the requested service.
Limitation of liability
- Audits are based on data accessible at the time of analysis, on scoring methods and on automated interpretations. They may contain errors, omissions or approximations.
- You remain responsible for decisions made based on reports and recommendations. We recommend verifying sensitive actions before putting them into production.
- Within the limits permitted by applicable law, OverRank cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, loss of traffic, loss of income, SEO decisions or consequences linked to an interpretation of the results.
Termination and deletion
- You can stop using the Service at any time.
- You can request deletion of your data or disconnection from a third-party service in accordance with the terms described in the privacy policy.
- We may delete or anonymize data that has become unnecessary, obsolete or related to an inactive account.
